Base fee:

IN PERSON ACMS Member (CME Credit) – $330.00
This in-person registration will cover the majority of active physicians, PAs, and NPs who are currently members of Ada County Medical Society and seeking CME credit.
IN PERSON ACMS Member (No CME) – $220.00
This in-person registration will cover current members of Ada County Medical Society who are NOT seeking CME credit.
IN PERSON ACMS Member Nearly Retired (CME Credit) – $250.00
This in-person registration will cover CURRENT members of Ada County Medical Society seeking CME credit who are nearing retirement. You must be 60 or older and work less than 20 patient care hours per week.
IN PERSON Non-ACMS Member (CME Credit) – $405.00
This in-person registration will cover the majority of active physicians, PAs, and NPs who are NOT currently members of Ada County Medical Society and ARE seeking CME credit.
IN PERSON Non-ACMS Member Nearly Retired (CME Credit) – $305.00
This in-person registration will cover NON-MEMBERS of Ada County Medical Society seeking CME credit who are nearing retirement. You must be 60 or older and work less than 20 patient care hours per week.
VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE ACMS Member (CME Credit) – $200.00
This online access only registration will cover all current members of Ada County Medical Society, regardless of age or license. CME credit is only available for attendance tracked during live education presentations, although recordings will be available for review.
VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE ACMS Member (NO CME CREDIT) – $150.00
This online access only registration offers no CME credit and is purely for learning. Recordings will be available for review.
VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE Non-ACMS Member (CME Credit) – $300.00
This online access only registration will cover those who are NOT members of Ada County Medical Society. CME credit is only available for attendance tracked during live education presentations, although recordings will be available for review.

Saturday Evening banquet, family, and kids activities are yet to be confirmed and will be made available later to registrants for signup.

COVID-19 Safety

The Winter Clinics Committee maintains a commitment to the safety and health of our attendees while the COVID pandemic continues. Therefore, it has decided for the 2022 conference:

1) All registered conference attendees, exhibitors, and sponsor representatives appearing at Winter Clinics in person must be fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 using an FDA approved vaccine. NO exemptions are provided, even if one is unable to take the vaccine due to health considerations or doctor recommendation. Attendees have the option of engaging the educational content online.

Boosters are recommended, but not required.
While vaccination is encouraged for family attending, we will not be able to require it.

2) All Winter Clinics attendees/representatives must wear a face covering/mask in the Shore Lodge educational areas, exhibitor hall, and other common areas utilized by the conference. Utilization of masks in the narrow hallways is requested out of respect for others. Family members in the common areas are asked to mask as well.

If presenting or actively eating and drinking, the mask may be removed.

3) All attendees should consider any recent unmitigated exposures to COVID+ persons and/or their personal health status just prior to coming to the event. If a person must self-quarantine or stay home due to illness, we will provide a 50% discount on the registration in order for you to attend on line. You must make this request prior to the start of the event February 24, 6 PM.

You may see some registration options below grayed out until you login as an ACMS Member with the email address considered primary/preferred in your account record. That is usually listed at the bottom of your email communications from ACMS. You may have received email communications at one of three email addresses (preferred, secondary or spousal) but only the preferred email validates against our membership portal login.
